A Message From Our CEO: (COVID-19) Navigating Challenging Times Together

To the Makari Community:

We hope this note finds you and your family safe as the health crisis impacts our communities.

Makari has always been made special by people – our employees and our customers -- and the relationships we have built over 15 years. With the spread of this pandemic, we want you to know that there is no higher priority for us than the safety of our team and community.

Our main focus is to keep you and every member of our team feeling safe, healthy, and supported during these difficult times.

Actions we are taking:

Closely following guidelines from the CDC and other public health agencies,
as well as guidelines from the city, state, and federal government
Paying and providing all benefits to affected store employees through 3/28
Implementing a work from home protocol for our office employees beginning on 3/16
Taking aggressive steps to minimize risk at our warehouses

Our online channels remain open for business as usual to most countries, which will continue as long as we can do so safely.


    As per goverment announcement of a Nationwide Lockdown in the major Nigerian states, effective 11pm Monday 30 March 2020, DHL Express is suspending delivery services for some businesses, we are currently working with the local authorities to establish which industries/businesses are classified as essential services. 
    We suspend delivery services to Nigeria until further notice. We appologize for any inconvenience.
    Note for Unshipped orders: We will try to still ship out if possible by other shipping carriers and if we cant fullfill the order we will refund your order with the full amount. Please feel free to contact our customer service with the below options.
