If any purchase of Makari.com ever fails to meet your satisfaction, please contact our Products Specialists. Our experts will review your dissatisfaction and then opt to, either advice an alternate product, offer a compensation of equal or lesser value or refund the purchase. However, returns will be issued within 30 days of notification. If product is returned after 30 days, a refund will be issued only if product is unused and in its original packaging.
This return policy is valid on individual items only. Our make-up line, baby line, gift sets, candles and perfume have no return allowance. Returns on any of these items will only be issued on unused products. There is absolutely no refund on shipping for returned items.
There is no return policy on international orders.
When returning our items, we ask all of our customers to make sure that it is being shipped in its original packaging ( in a box), sent with a reliable shipper and signature upon arrival has been requested.
If UPS has made their final attempt to deliver the package, additional shipping charges will be applied for us to resend the package..
There will be an additional fee of $10 if incorrect information was supplied or there are changes to the order once it has been shipped.

At Makari.com ground shipping via UPS is standard. The shipping charges for UPS Ground US ONLY, is based on the total amount of purchase. For items that are in stock, please allow 3-4 business days for your order to ship and an additional 5-7 business days for its arrival. In the event that an item is on backorder, please allow additional 7-10 business days for delivery.

An additional charge of $25.00 applies to all orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and the Virgin Islands. (In the event that the Custom Department stops the shipment, the customer is entirely responsible for the cost.)
Shipping days are Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. UPS Next Day Air is available upon request, and is subject to additional charges.
If a package is lost or stolen, we advise you to notify us within 3 weeks of purchase. Following your notification we will pursue a claim by UPS. Please allow 7-10 days for the claim to pursue.
If items in the package are broken or damaged, please notify us within 24 hrs. upon receiving your package. A claim will then be issued with UPS. Please allow 7-10 days for the claim to pursue.
Express Shipping will be shipped within 24 hrs of purchase. An additional charge of $25.00 applies to all orders of 3 lbs. or less. Express Shipping charges will vary according to weight and location on orders above 3 lbs.. A notification via email will be sent with the exact shipping amount being charged.
International Orders-
All international orders ship via USPS Express. Shipping rates vary. Allow for shipping time delivery. We do not accept returns on international orders.
All international orders must have the same billing and shipping information. We cannot ship international orders that do not have the same billing and shipping information.
We advise all our customers to check the ingredients prior to purchasing any one of Makari’s products. If you are allergic to fish we advise you to steer away from any one of our products containing Caviar. We do not take responsibility for any form of allergic reactions from our products.

Our site uses a encrypted security system called SSL (secure socket layer). We use the Geo Trust SSL Secure Server Certificate (shown above). This is a system which takes your name, credit card and shipping information and encrypts them so that only we can view them. It creates a direct connection between your computer and ours which can not be intercepted by any third parties.
The SSL Secure Server is extremely SAFE to use. Many times this is even safer than using your card at a store. When you walk into a store and use your credit card, any number of people at the store have access to your card number simply by looking at your sales receipt. With online ordering, since all of this information is encrypted the only person able to view your information is our accounting department who will charge your card for the items purchased.
